I Want to Add More Products to an Order I’ve Already Placed.

Once an order is placed, we cannot add more items to it. However, you have two options:

  1. Place a new order with the additional products.
  2. Cancel your existing order (you will receive a refund) and place a new order with all the items you want.

My Order Has Shipped, But I Need to Change the Delivery Address.

If your order was placed only a few hours ago, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot make changes. If you have a USPS tracking link, check USPS’ Forward Mail service to see if you can redirect the package to a new address.

Was My Order Placed? I Did Not Receive a Confirmation Email.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please:

  • Check your SPAM folder.
  • Look under the β€œUpdates,” β€œPromotions,” or β€œSocial” tabs in your email inbox.
